With a knack for several facets of the legal and business world, Joseph Sternberg focuses his practice in corporate law and real estate transactions, assisting both startups and established companies alike in their corporate structuring and in raising capital. Additionally, Joseph assists investors, first time buyers and companies with their real estate transactions. He is also concurrently a real estate sales associate at Solutions RE LLC in North Miami Beach, focusing on both commercial and residential sales.
Before founding Sternberg Legal PLLC, Joseph practiced law in Arizona with Thrasher Law Offices, conducting due diligence for real estate transactions and assisting startups in various legal matters. He has travelled and lived abroad extensively and was a co-founder of an international consulting company assisting manufacturers in production expansion in Southeast Asia.
Joseph is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where he interned for the honorable Judge Spencer Eig and was a member of the Bankruptcy Pro Bono Assistance Clinic that assists clients in their pursuit of a fresh start. He received direct leadership from the judges and mentor attorneys and learned the inner workings of the legal system. He was also the President of the Cardozo Legal Society, promoting and organizing networking and community events within Miami. Additionally, Joseph provides pro bono services to clients in the Venture Law Project of Dade Legal Aid.
He attended the University of Arizona in his hometown of Tucson, Arizona where he received his B.S.B.A. in Business Economics at the Eller School of Business.
